Typical French style, nutty almond character with hints of citrus. Twelve months French oak. The oak is very subtle.
A well-balanced Chardonnay that compliments food.
This is an elegant, classic Chardonnay with hints of melon, citrus, honey, caramel and eucalyptus; with a mineral earthiness. The main focus is the balance between fruit, oak and alcohol. It's a finely structured and thinly layered wine - a true food wine with myriad dimensions on the nose, palate and after-taste.

Selected for SA Airways, Premium Business Class (2005). Fourteen months French Oak. An elegant and classic Bourdeaux Blend. Unfiltered and naturally fermented.
Berries, eucalyptis, mint, cinnamon.
Flavours of earth, cedar, blackberries, currant and cassis well centered, supporting a juicy middle palate. Infused with spice and vanilla, the tannins are soft with lingering fruit in a caressing finish. Superfine, well-structured.

Fruit, fruit and more fruit. Hints of cedar with spice complimenting any menu. Every berry imaginable is present on the middle palate and will only improve on cellaring.
Fourteen months French Oak. Unfiltered and naturally fermented. Mineral, spice and cassis fruit. Full-bodied and complex.

Unfiltered, naturally fermented, no sulphur.
Earth and subtle hints of cedar on the nose. Blackberries, red currant and cassis fruit all contributing to a juicy middle palate, infused with subtle spicy flavours. The wine is complex with layered flavours making it a good companion for most food dishes. Will benefit from cellaring.
